Although she is only about two inches over five feet, this woman packs a wallop as she eats weights for breakfast and has the sculpted look, even the fittest male sportsmen would be honored to have.
Move over Michael Dudikoff is another women who work out and this woman is the real American Ninja Warrior. Also known as The Mighty Kacy, Kacy Katanzaro rose to prominence when she completely annihilated the challenges of the American Ninja Warrior. Despite barely reaching five feet and weighing 90 pounds at best, she took on some serious obstacles that some of the fittest men would rather not think about. Although she never made it past the finals, her success certainly serves as an inspiration to thousands of women.
One of the women who work out is Danyelle Wolf. She is a living proof that age is never a hindrance when it comes to fitness and achieving your dreams. She is considered as a late bloomer as she only started boxing at the age of 25, which is about as late as you can get when you want to get a spot on the US Olympic Boxing Team.
