The Stephen Birchall Diet or simply the Birchall Diet emphasizes a no-nonsense approach to losing and maintaining weight. Instead of relying on pills or drastic food reduction, the diet depends on the natural ability of the body to provide information about your health. The body is supposed to be giving out signs when a person is either feeling sluggish or simply full of life.
